Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request through Paddle's customer portal.
3. Or email us at myaccfreelancer@gmail.com and we'll help you with the request.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
