Terms of Service

1. About us

ExcelFast (the "Service") is operated by Kamalahasan Simpson (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

ExcelFast provides interactive Microsoft Excel learning content — shortcuts, formulas, and skill drills — delivered through our website. We may update, improve, or change the content at any time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a misleading way.
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the security of the Service.
• Probe, scan, or scrape the Service or its data without permission.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and documentation forming part of the Service belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning, within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, or temporarily suspend the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius, unless local consumer law gives you stronger rights elsewhere.
